Black Friday shoppers filled Ottawa malls like Bayshore Shopping Centre to hunt for holiday deals. Shoppers say they found heavy discounts on electronics and clothing, with some stores offering up to 70 per cent off. Many are choosing to shop locally instead of traveling to the U.S. due to the exchange rate. CTV’s Natalie van Rooy reports.
