A deadly building collapse in Riga left at least one person dead and several others injured. The incident occurred in the Torņakalns district after an apparent explosion on the top floor of the building. Emerging reports indicate that another victim has been found in the debris – possibly a tenant of the fifth-floor apartment that blew up.
