Drones target Moscow, Russian oil facilities in reported large-scale Ukrainian strike

Leningrad Oblast Governor Aleksandr Drozdenko said the drone strike caused a fire on a vessel in the Primorsk Port, Russia’s largest oil-loading port in the Baltic Sea.
