Ukrainian Armed Forces have repelled another attack by the invading Russian army in the direction of the city of Dobropillia inDonetsk region. The advance of the invaders, who were moving forward with 16 heavy armored combat vehicles, including tanks, infantry fighting vehicles, and armored personnel carriers, was stopped by fighters from the National Guard’s Azov Regiment, the air assault troops, and drone units.
The Russian attacks were mainly directed toward the settlements of Myrnohrad, Razino, and Shakhmatne. As a result of the battle, all the armored vehicles and motorcycles involved in the assault were destroyed. The invaders who tried to flee from their destroyed vehicles became targets for Ukrainian drones. In total, about 80 Russian soldiers were eliminated, and the latest assault ended in failure.
