Heorhii Tykhyi, spokesman for the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry, stated that there is currently no evidence that a naval drone discovered off the coast of Greece is linked to Ukrainian operators.
Tykhy said this in a comment to journalists, according to Evropeyska Pravda.
According to the spokesman, the Ukrainian side currently has no information regarding the drone found in Greece.
“There is no evidence that it belongs to Ukrainian operators of naval drones,” Tykhyi said.
He also added that Ukraine is open to cooperation with the Greek side to clarify the circumstances of the incident, if relevant requests are received.

It was previously reported that Greek authorities have stepped up an investigation into how a naval drone ended up in waters off the country’s western coast.
The drone was found off the southern part of Lefkada island in the Ionian Sea.
Fishermen secured the vessel and towed it to the port of Vasiliki, where it was handed over to the Greek Coast Guard.
The discovery triggered a multi-agency operation involving Greek authorities and the Ministry of National Defence.
Initially, Greek officials identified the naval drone as a Ukrainian Magura V3.

UFORCE, the company that manufactures these drones, shared with Militarnyi that the device found was not a Ukrainian Magura drone.
“As the only manufacturer of Magura-class unmanned surface systems, UFORCE has every reason to state: the vessel found near Lefkada is not a Magura drone. Although it has a superficial visual resemblance to Magura-type systems, its design, construction, and visible technical characteristics do not correspond to any variant in our production line. In addition, UFORCE has never produced the V3 version; such a model does not exist,” UFORCE told Militarnyi.
