“We are all for one and one for all,” says Hugo Dixon, Commentator-At-Large at Reuters, following recent efforts to free up 10 billion euros of Russian frozen assets by the United Kingdom.
Speaking to TVP World, Dixon added that a united Europe, including the U.K. and Norway, is much more powerful in the face of Russian aggression than individual European countries.
