Oleksandr Tsyvinsky, currently a detective at Ukraine’s National Anti-Corruption Bureau, gave his first public interview to Ukrainian publication Economichna Pravda, accusing the government of using “manipulative” security concerns to block his appointment to head the Bureau of Economic Security.
