Russia lost 1,140 soldiers on the front line over the past 24 hours as of December 4. The Ukrainian Armed Forces also destroyed more than 200 Russian drones and a large amount of equipment, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reports.
Ukrainian soldiers also neutralized: three tanks, three armored combat vehicles, 29 artillery systems, one multiple launch rocket system, 245 unmanned aerial vehicles, 125 units of occupiers’ vehicles.
"Yesterday, the enemy launched three missile strikes and 62 airstrikes, using three missiles and dropping 177 guided bombs. In addition, it carried out 4,301 attacks, including 121 from multiple launch rocket systems, and deployed 5,251 kamikaze drones ," the General Staff noted.
A total of 170 combat clashes have been recorded on the battlefield over the past day. On the North Slobozhanshchyna front and in Russia’s Kursk Oblast, four combat clashes occurred. On the South Slobozhanshchyna front, the Russians attacked Ukrainian positions 17 times near the settlements of Starytsia, Vovchansk, Synelnykove, Ambarne and Prylipka and towards Kolodiazne and Kutkivka.
On the Kupiansk front, two combat clashes took place. Ukrainian defenders repelled Russian assaults near the settlements of Pishchane and Petropavlivka. On the Lyman front, the Russians conducted 10 attacks, attempting to penetrate Ukrainian defences near the settlements of Nadiia, Derylove, Hrekivka, Novoiehorivka, Zarichne, Myrne and Torske and towards Stavky. On the Sloviansk front, Ukrainian forces repelled 10 Russian assaults near the settlements of Yampil, Dronivka, Serebrianka and Siversk.
On the Kramatorsk front, the Russians carried out three attacks on Ukrainian positions near the town of Chasiv Yar. On the Kostiantynivka front, Russian forces conducted 29 attacks near the settlements of Kostiantynivka, Oleksandro-Shultyne, Pleshchiivka, Shcherbynivka, Kleban-Byk and Rusyn Yar and towards Novopavlivka, Stepanivka and Torske. On the Pokrovsk front, Ukrainian forces repelled 45 Russian assaults near the settlements of Nove Shakhove, Chervonyi Lyman, Myrnohrad, Novoekonomichne, Nykanorivka, Rodynske, Pokrovsk, Kotlyne, Udachne, Molodetske, Novopavlivka and Filiia and towards Sofiivka, Bilytske and Hryshyne. On the Oleksandrivka front, Russian forces carried out 14 attacks near the settlements of Yalta, Sosnivka, Verbove, Oleksandrohrad, Rybne, Krasnohirske, Vyshneve and Pryvilne. On the Huliaipole front, Ukrainian defenders repelled 12 Russian attempts to advance.
