A fresh round of Ukraine peace talks has concluded in the United Arab Emirates. Delegations from Ukraine, Russia, and the United States discussed terms of ending the four-year conflict. According to U.S. Special Envoy Steve Witkoff, during the talks, Moscow and Kyiv agreed to exchange 314 prisoners.
