Lukashenko warns Ukraine could ‘cease to exist’, blames Zelensky for stalled negotiations

Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko said in an interview on Oct. 12 that he thinks Ukraine could “cease to exist as a state” unless President Volodymyr Zelensky urgently begins peace talks.
