‘Mass attack’ partially collapses Sumy apartment block as Russian strikes kill 8, injure 52 across Ukraine over past day

A Russian attack on the city of Konotop in Sumy Oblast struck a multi-story building, killing a woman and injuring at least 11 people, regional Governor Oleh Hryhorov reported.
