Israeli strikes hit Lebanon overnight into Friday, adding pressure on the fragile ceasefire. The Israeli military targeted Nabatiyeh and Sidon and issued a forced evacuation order for Beirut’s southern suburbs.

TRAFFIC THROUGH HORMUZ REMAINS BELOW USUAL LEVELS
Shipping through the Strait of Hormuz remains near a standstill despite a two-week ceasefire announced earlier this week. Around 600 vessels, including 325 tankers, are stranded in the Gulf.
