The peace talks between Ukrainian, U.S., and Russian delegations concluded in Abu Dhabi. Ukrainian officials described it as “really constructive,” although no concrete details have been revealed. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said the next trilateral meeting could take place soon and Ukrainian negotiators will brief him upon their return. The only visible outcome of the negotiations was a prisoner exchange between the two sides, bringing home 157 Ukrainian soldiers with civilians, many of whom were captured in 2022. At this critical time, Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk visited Kyiv for a high-level meeting, during which Warsaw and Kyiv discussed military cooperation, including MiG fighter jets for Ukraine and Ukrainian drone technology for Poland. Another significant development on Thursday was that SpaceX deactivated Starlink terminals in Ukraine used by Russian forces, significantly disrupting their battlefield communications.
