On Tuesday, June 24, Russian forces attacked the territory of one of the training centers of the Ukrainian Ground Forces with Shahed strike drones.
The press service of the Ukrainian Ground Forces reported on this.
It was noted that due to the implementation of a comprehensive set of preventive measures, clearly defined security protocols, and the high level of personnel training, significant casualties were avoided.
So far, one serviceman has been reported injured and taken to a medical facility.
“Enhanced protective measures are being implemented simultaneously to ensure the safety and health of servicemen in the event of possible missile and air attacks by the enemy,” the statement reads.
The command urges all servicemen to remain vigilant, strictly follow safety protocols, and carefully adhere to the action algorithms during air raid alerts.
Two days ago, the Russian invaders also executed a missile strike on a training ground of one of the mechanized brigades of the Ground Forces, where military exercises were being conducted.
At that time, it was reported that three soldiers were killed and eleven wounded.
