Strike on Yeysk Airfield: Satellite Images Confirm Complete Destruction of Be-200

Satellite images of the Yeysk airfield have confirmed the complete destruction of the Russian Be-200PS aircraft.

Recent images from the airfield were released by analysts from the AviVector group.

The strike on the airfield was carried out by the Ukrainian Unmanned Systems Forces on May 15.

The Be-200 is an amphibious jet aircraft capable of taking off and landing on both land and water.

Despite the strikes, photos show that aircraft have not been removed from the airfield, and maintenance of aviation equipment continues there.

Also, during the attack, Ukrainian drones attempted to strike a Ka-27 helicopter, but the outcome of the attack is currently unknown.

The Yeysk airfield is an important Russian military base on the coast of the Azov Sea. Ukraine has repeatedly attacked it with drones, starting in 2023.
