A single sentence from Washington marked the clearest moment of rupture in a 75-year alliance. By leaving its seat empty at the NATO meeting, the US declared that it was abandoning Europe. Just 72 hours after this betrayal, Trump’s ‘shadow diplomats’ (Witkoff, Kushner) held a five-hour meeting with Putin in Moscow.

🔹 THE BETRAYAL IN MOSCOW: The US chose to negotiate the Ukraine crisis with Moscow like a ‘property deal,’ completely bypassing Europe. Senator Rubio’s absence from the NATO meeting was the biggest ‘green light’ given to Putin.
🔹 ECONOMIC NUCLEAR WEAPON (VETO POWER): Europe moved to sabotage a possible US ‘soft peace’ agreement. Plans to seize frozen Russian assets worth $300 billion and lend them to Ukraine accelerated. Furthermore, Europe has approved a decision to ban Russian gas by 100% by 2027. This is a financial guillotine to Putin’s war chest.
🔹 OPLAN DEU AND WAR PREPARATIONS: Germany has dusted off its Cold War-era secret plan, ‘OPLAN DEU,’ in preparation for a possible Russian attack. The plan envisages converting all German motorways and infrastructure into a logistics corridor for the deployment of 800,000 NATO troops. Direct conflict with Russia is now seen not as a theoretical risk, but as an imminent reality.
🔹 ZELENSKY’S WARNING: Ukrainian President Zelensky’s warning that ‘if the US leaves, Russia will invade Europe’ has become a reason for panic and an urgent defence reflex in Brussels.
