Ukraine Launches Record 754 Drones at Russia

Over the past 24 hours, Russian forces reported detecting 754 Ukrainian drones in the skies above Russia and occupied Crimea – a new record.

The drones appeared at different times throughout the day, and the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation issued regular updates about the drone attacks.

On March 8, the ministry’s Telegram channel reported that a total of 621 drones had been destroyed.

At the beginning of March 9, the ministry told Russian media that allegedly 754 drones had already been shot down, the outlet Interfax reported.

The most heavily targeted regions were Bryansk, Belgorod, Tula regions and Krasnodar Krai and occupied Crimea.

This became a new record for the number of attacks on Russian territory, which may indicate a significant increase in the production of drones for the Ukrainian Defense Forces of Ukraine.

A few days ago, Ukrainian Liutyi strike drones attacked a Russian chemical plant in Kirovo-Chepetsk of the Kirov region.
