Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy arrived in Spain for a one day visit, starting his trip at the Spanish Parliament.
According to Associated Press Upon arrival, Zelenskyy was greeted the speakers of the upper and lower houses of parliament.
He is also expected to meet King Felipe Vi and Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez.
Zelenskyy will hold talks with Sanchez on the funding of Ukraine’s defense and reconstruction.
The pair are scheduled to hold a joint press conference.
Zelenskyy will also visit the Pablo Picasso "Guernica" painting in the Reina Sofia Museum, Madrid.
