At least two people have been killed in a Russian air attack on Kyiv and its surrounding region. Meanwhile, diplomatic activity is set to intensify this week. On Monday, the chiefs of the general staffs of Ukraine’s allies are expected to meet in Kyiv. This will be followed by a meeting of the so-called Coalition of the Willing in Paris on Tuesday.
