Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen and European Council President Antonio Costa in Cyprus on Thursday ahead of an EU leaders summit. According to Associated Press the meeting comes just as the EU approved a massive loan package to help Kyiv meet its economic and military needs for two years, after oil began flowing through a key pipeline to Hungary and Slovakia, ending months of political deadlock.
