In defiance of Russian claims saying their forces have seized control of the Kupyansk Region, Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskyy spoke in a self-recorded video from the frontlines.
Valery Gerasimov, Chief of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces, announced on November 20 that Russian troops were in full control of Kupyansk.
