Now a three-judge panel of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled in favor of the pro-lifers, finding that the law violates the group’s religious freedom. Oregon Right to Life says “The attempt to force us to finance abortion — the precise human rights violation we are dedicated to opposing — is blatantly unconstitutional.
