Cozby’s culinary journey began during the pandemic, when his son Catcher encouraged him to share his home-cooked meals online. What started as a fun family project quickly exploded—his videos, featuring hearty Southern and Tex-Mex dishes cooked on a massive flat-top griddle, have racked up millions of views.
