KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A construction worker was hit and killed Wednesday in Kansas City, according to police.
The Kansas City Police Department (KCPD) said Wednesday that officers are at the scene of a deadly crash at NW Barry Road and N. Boardwalk Avenue.
