SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4) — A man is dead after a potential medical incident led to a crash off I-15.
According to Utah Highway Patrol (UHP), the incident happened near 400 South on Southbound I-15 in Salt Lake City.
As per initial reports, UHP says the vehicle went off the road and sideswiped a tree.
They believe the crash occurred due to a potential medical issue. Officials are on scene investigating the crash.
The right lane on the collector ramp is currently closed.
