COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) — One person is dead after a reported shooting in the Hilltop section of Columbus Saturday afternoon.
According to a Columbus police dispatcher, the shooting was reported on the 200 block of South Eureka Avenue at approximately 3:36 p.m.
The victim was taken to a local hospital in critical condition. They were pronounced dead at 4:08 p.m.
According to dispatchers, police are aware of a possible suspect, but did not release any further information.
There is no word on what led to the shooting.
