CLEARWATER, Fla. (WFLA)— A Publix employee was arrested for engaging in sexual activity with a minor, according to an arrest affidavit.
David Neumann, 37, was arrested on Saturday after he admitted to engaging in sexual activity with a person sixteen or seventeen years old.
According to the arrest affidavit, Neumann took the minor to his home and engaged in sexual activity.
Neumann was also arrested for buying a marijuana vape for the minor and smoking it with her in his vehicle at his home, police said.
It is unknown at this time if Neumann is still employed with Publix.
