North Bay firefighter Wade Ringler founded the charity Chat4Chad after his brother, fellow firefighter Chad, took his own life. The grassroots group has raised nearly $1 million for local mental health initiatives, funding vital resources and programs to support those in crisis and prevent further tragedy.
