Fish and chips and wine beside the seaside | Wine Times

Will Lyons – wine critic – and Charlotte Ivers – restaurant critic with The Sunday Times head to the seaside for a fish and chip finale to the current Wines Times season.

They are joined in Brighton by local chef Sophie Taverner, where they discover the perfect paring for battered cod, chips and mushy peas – is it English sparkling, Spanish white wine or sherry ?
