Belarusian leader Lukashenko’s seizure of 1,800 Lithuanian trucks and the "Bubble Wars" he initiated at the border have pushed things over the edge in Eastern Europe. GEOPOLITICAL CONSEQUENCES: As Belarus moves towards full integration with Russia, Lithuania completely closes its borders, turning Minsk into a "Closed Box."
