This was the conclusion of the summit of Foreign Ministers in Brussels. When asked to comment on the matter, Polish Minister of Foreign Affairs Radosław Sikorski told reporters that Poland has no plans to participate in such a mission.
– A barrage of Russian drones and missiles targeted Kyiv during the early morning hours as civilians went about their daily routines. This latest Russian attack is far from usual, with previous attacks tending to occur at night.
