Zoltán Varga on investing in Poland and the future of TVN.
“I’m really willing to work with the Polish entrepreneurs,” says Zoltán Varga in the latest episode of On The Record with Adam Jasser.
The CEO of Central Media Group confirms he would be interested in buying TVN, one of the biggest commercial broadcasters in Poland, currently owned by Warner Bros. Discovery, if the company decides to sell the asset following the planned Paramount Skydance merger.
Varga also says he wants to strengthen Polish-Hungarian economic cooperation and describes himself as a long-term investor in Poland. The conversation also covers political change in Hungary after Viktor Orbán’s defeat and what it could mean for Europe and Ukraine.
