Ukraine has dealt a series of crushing blows to Russian forces in Crimea. On September 21, a precision strike hit the Foros Sanatorium, where high-ranking Russian officials were reportedly present. Just one day later, on September 22, Ukrainian drones destroyed two rare Be-12 amphibious aircraft and a Mi-8 helicopter at Kacha Air Base, further eroding Russia’s air capabilities.
The strikes continued into September 25, when Ukrainian forces destroyed two An-26 transport planes and multiple radar systems, crippling both logistics and early warning defenses. At the same time, Crimea faces a severe fuel crisis, with gasoline disappearing from stations across the peninsula and reports of shortages spreading to Rostov, Ryazan, and other regions. Russia’s war machine in Crimea is under mounting pressure.
