A man in Elbląg, northern Poland, blocked a public street with tires and repeatedly obstructed traffic. After drivers cleared the path, the man returned to place the obstacles again until local law enforcement shared photos online.
The perpetrator turned himself in shortly after the post and now faces €700 in total fines for road hazards and littering.
