EU to decide on €90 billion loan to Ukraine within 24 hours | Ukraine Brief

Ukraine has completed restoration work on the Druzhba pipeline, with President Volodymyr Zelenskyy signalling that he now expects that the €90 billion loan for Ukraine, which has already been approved by the European Council but blocked by Hungary, to be cleared.

The entire leadership of Kyiv’s Patrol Police has been dismissed following a mass shooting in the Ukrainian capital, which claimed the lives of seven people and left more than a dozen injured before the gunman was taken down.

17-year-old Ukrainian chess player Roman Dehtiarov from Kharkiv made history by winning the European Championship without holding a grandmaster title, earning praise from President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
