A fatal collision occurred between a car and motorcycle in Luhansk, Ukraine late March 22, leaving one person dead at the scene.
The crash trapped a 20-year-old passenger in the wreckage, requiring rescue crews to cut them free. Two people were hospitalized, while the car’s driver declined medical help.
