A couple walking on the frozen Baltic Sea in Sopot suddenly fell into icy water when the surface collapsed beneath them.
The dramatic moment was caught on video and quickly went viral, drawing millions of views.
Emergency services once again warn that frozen seas and lakes are unpredictable and extremely dangerous, even when they appear solid.
