Infozakhyst and Rohde & Schwarz Will Cooperate in the Field of Mobile Electronic Warfare Systems

Ukrainian Infozakhyst and German Rohde & Schwarz will cooperate on electronic warfare (EW) and counter-drone systems.

Rohde & Schwarz announced that the memorandum was signed during the AOC Europe exhibition in Helsinki.

The partnership will include the joint development, adaptation, promotion, and marketing of these systems.

During the signing of the agreement, the companies presented a model of a mobile tracked platform equipped with electronic warfare systems.

“The synergy between Infozakhyst’s operational expertise and our advanced, combat-proven electronic warfare solutions creates a powerful combination that meets the rapidly evolving needs of modern armed forces,” Rohde & Schwarz stated.

Together, the companies plan to supply systems that have been fully tested in realistic combat conditions.

Infozakhyst CEO Yaroslav Kalinin added:

“This partnership is an important step forward for Ukrainian defense innovation. By combining German engineering and manufacturing excellence with our frontline experience, we will accelerate the deployment of electronic warfare capabilities that protect our allies and contribute to global security.”

Rohde & Schwarz, headquartered in Munich, operates primarily in the defense sector, focusing on electronic warfare (EW), signals intelligence, secure communications, radar systems, cybersecurity, and military command-and-control systems.

The company actively cooperates with NATO militaries, defense manufacturers, and government agencies from various countries.

In recent years, Rohde & Schwarz has also expanded cooperation with Ukrainian defense companies in the fields of electronic warfare and counter-UAV technologies.

Ukrainian company Pegasus Arms and Rohde & Schwarz will also jointly develop next-generation reconnaissance systems.
