Kuleba: Trump and Putin both despise Europe, want to see Ukraine weak | On the Record

“One of the things that brings President Trump and Putin together is that both of them deeply despise Europe,” says former Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba, who joined Adam Jasser on “On the Record,” discussing the geopolitical stakes of the war in Ukraine and in Iran.

Kuleba argues that Donald Trump may not be seeking a strong Ukraine at the negotiating table and warns that Washington increasingly expects peace to come through Ukrainian concessions. He also offers a stark assessment of the political dynamic around the war: “Trump sees Ukraine as an obstacle, not an asset.”

How will Europe respond to growing pressure from both Washington and Moscow? Will the U.S. sign a "drone deal" with Ukraine? And how could the war in Iran worsen Ukraine’s position in the short term while pushing Europe to strengthen its defenses? See the latest episode for answers!
