In the latest episode of On the Record Garry Kasparov recognized the scale of the Russian threat, and said that Europe is already at war.
According to Kasparov, only a decisive response, and Ukrainian victory, can secure lasting peace.
"Ukrainian victory is our only hope for a positive change and lasting peace in Europe," Kasparov said.
