A massive snowstorm has paralyzed Russia’s Kamchatka region, bringing the heaviest snowfall in more than 30 years. In some areas, snow is piled up to four meters high. At least two people have died after snow slid off rooftops, as emergency services race to clear roads and rescue trapped residents.
