“Not only is this an attempted theft of a peaceful Ukrainian nuclear facility. Unauthorized actions of Russia’s (state nuclear energy corporation) Rosatom violate internationally recognized nuclear safety protocols, contradict Ukrainian license, and directly threaten a nuclear incident,” Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha said.
