– ZELENSKYY GOES ON A DIPLOMATIC OFFENSIVE
As Russia continues to pound Ukraine with missiles, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and his Azerbaijani counterpart signed six cooperation agreements. The visit to Azerbaijan is a part of a sweeping diplomatic offensive undertaken by Kyiv now that it appears U.S. is too distracted with Iran to keep trying to bring Zelenskyy and Russia’s Vladimir Putin to a negotiating table.
– EUROPE LEADS IN GLOBAL REARMAMENT
Global military spending hit a record $2.89 trillion in 2025, according to a new report by the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute, with Europe driving much of that increase as the continent accelerates its rearmament.
