Russian Elite Warn Of Imminent Revolution

The Russian Duma warns that a 1917-style revolution could unfold by this autumn if emergency measures aren’t immediately implemented to halt the spiraling economic and societal situation in the country.
In this video, we break down what’s really driving that fear inside Russia—and why the pressure is building faster than the Kremlin can contain it.
Ukraine’s long-range strikes are expanding, targeting critical oil infrastructure deep inside Russia. The massive refinery complex in Tuapse continues to burn into its fifth day, disrupting operations along the Black Sea coast. At the same time, Ukrainian drones have hit energy facilities in occupied Crimea and struck targets as far away as the Nizhny Novgorod region.
Overnight, Ukraine also destroyed multiple high-value Russian air defense systems across Zaporizhzhia, Donetsk, and Bryansk—further exposing gaps in Russia’s ability to protect its own territory.
Inside Russia, frustration is growing. Bloggers in Crimea are openly blaming the government for failing to defend critical oil infrastructure. At the same time, a major scandal erupts as top propagandist Soloviev is exposed for having a secret American family with U.S. passports—sparking anger among Russians already questioning the system.
The economic picture is deteriorating rapidly. Russia’s largest steel producer reports profits down 97%, while sales in the agricultural machinery sector have collapsed by 37%. Even as the government tightens control over information—allowing VPN access for top companies while restricting ordinary citizens—it is also launching new propaganda campaigns to deflect from reports of Africans being deceived into joining the war.
Meanwhile, Ukraine’s position is being reinforced. Spain has announced a new €1 billion package in financial and military support, and the EU has finally approved a €90 billion loan for Ukraine—unlocking major long-term backing.
And in a moment that captures the surreal atmosphere inside Russia, the governor of Tuapse performs a bizarre ritual in a cathedral, reportedly licking the floor in an attempt to “cleanse” the city as oil fires continue to burn.
Taken together, these developments point to a system under mounting strain—militarily, economically, and internally.
