Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine confirmed a strike on the enemy’s logistics on the Crimean Peninsula. Crimeans reported drones flying over the Chernomorsky district, over the village of Mirny and Yevpatoria. Monitoring channels associated with the Russian military reported a danger via UAVs for the western regions of Crimea and Dzhankoy.
The Telegram channel "Krymskiy Veter", citing information from subscribers, reported that Russian electronic warfare landed a drone in the city center, near the railway station, from where smoke is rising.
Later, the Urozhaynaya railway station in the village of Krasnogvardeyskoye was hit. As reported by “Krymsky Veter”, the substation from which smoke was rising was preliminarily hit.
The Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine confirmed the strike on targets in annexed Crimea.
According to their data, as a result of the operation, logistics facilities that ensure the functioning and combat supply of military units of the Russian army were disabled.
The Krymenergo company reported an emergency power outage in a number of settlements in the Krasnogvardeisky district. "Settlements: Krasnogvardeiskoye, Maryanovka, Petrovka, Novoestonia, Vidnoye, Voskhod, Shcherbakovo, Novopokrovka, Dokhodnoye, Novosel’tsy, Nevskoye, Vladimirovo, Znamenka," the report says. Traction substation EChE-61 and the area of the contact network EChK-40 of the Urozhaynaya station (are located on Telmana Street on the northern outskirts of the Krasnogvardeyskoye settlement. "The importance of logistics for ensuring the conduct of military operations is difficult to overestimate, and railways occupy the first place in supplying troops both at the front and in the rear. Railway transport does not depend on weather conditions and allows for the transportation of significantly larger volumes of cargo with lower energy costs," a military expert from Crimea, a former Ukrainian officer, a lieutenant colonel in the reserve of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, told Krym.Realii on condition of anonymity. According to the expert, even short-term delays in the movement of military cargo – equipment, weapons, ammunition, fuel, personnel – lead to a decrease in the intensity of military operations at the front, and sometimes even to a critical situation.
