There have been at least 2 instances of Ukrainian children abducted by Russia having been forcibly transferred to a camp in North Korea. The revelation comes from Kateryna Rashevska of Ukraine’s Regional Center for Human Rights, who spoke before a U.S. Congressional subcommittee on December 3.
