U.S. President Donald Trump said his meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in Davos on Thursday was "good", and repeated his call for the war in Ukraine to end.
According to Associated Press the U.S. and Ukrainian leaders were together for about an hour in what Trump described to reporters as a good meeting.
The Russia-Ukraine war “has to end,” Trump said, adding, “We hope it’s going to end.”
“I think the meeting was good,” he said. U.S. representatives will meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin on Friday.
