Ukraine strikes one of Russia’s largest oil refineries in an overnight drone assault.
The Ryazan Oil Refinery, which produces over 17 million tons of oil per year, takes a direct hit. Local authorities report three people killed and 12 wounded. Separately, residents near a military airfield in Russia’s Krasnodar region report smoke rising following overnight air defense activity.
