The Kyiv Independent’s editor-in-chief Olga Rudenko said on Sept. 30 that an unidentified man was seen questioning CEO Daryna Shevchenko’s neighbors, reportedly showing them her photo, and taking pictures of her apartment building’s entrance and floor.
