On the night of April 23, 2026, the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck a base belonging to a unit of Russia’s FSB in the village of Shchaslyvtseve, Henichesk District, in the Kherson region.
This was reported by the Dossier Shpiona Telegram channel.
Russian special forces were stationed on the grounds of the Express resort. The attack was carried out using strike UAVs.
It was reported that the attack destroyed five buildings used as living quarters, a dining hall, an armory, and an ammunition depot. Additionally, four vehicles were burned, two invaders were killed, and ten others were wounded.

The attack was confirmed by the NASA FIRMS monitoring service, which tracks fires worldwide. Satellites detected a large-scale fire at the resort, which began around 3-4 a.m. on April 23.
Additionally, on April 22, soldiers from the 1st Separate Center of the USF, coordinated by the Deep Strike Center and in conjunction with units of the 1st Azov Corps of the National Guard of Ukraine, destroyed the command post of the Russian FSB’s Mobile Operations Directorate in the temporarily occupied city of Donetsk.
According to Robert “Madyar” Brovdi, commander of the Unmanned Systems Forces, the facility belonged to an operational unit that carries out counterintelligence missions, conducts sabotage and special operations, establishes agent networks, and coordinates pro-Russian formations.
Preliminary data indicates that as a result of the strike, Russian invaders suffered 27 casualties: 12 officers were killed, and another 15 were wounded.
